This course teaches basic and advanced skill with the tactical rifle. The course will cover basic marksmanship as well as shooting on the move and emphasizes weapon manipulation. Limit 15 students.


Weapon nomenclature Fundamentals of marksmanship Shooting positions Precision shooting Positions of cover Reloading techniques and malfunction drills Multiple threat engagement Distance shooting	Semi-auto or select fire weapon with a minimum 3-30 round magazines or 5-20 round magazines Rifle ammunition: 300 rounds of non-armor piercing Knee pads Sling required on rifle Shooting Mat (optional) Eye/ear protection (electronic ear protection recommended) Hydration system/water Weapon cleaning kit Plate Carrier/ Bullet Proof Vest is OPTIONAL.
