- Equipment list:

- * Service grade pistol in 9mm, 40 or 45 cal. or revolver with minimum 4 in. barrel in 38/357 cal or larger
- * Belt holster, magazine pouch and belt (students may use outside the waist band or inside the waist band holsters after concealed carry principles have been introduced. SERPA holsters are not permitted)
- * 3 extra magazines if 10 round capacity or greater. 5 extra magazines if capacity is less than 10
- * Eye and hearing protection
- * Knee and elbow pads
- * Clothing appropriate for the climate
- * Rain gear
- * Cover garment for concealed carry exercises
- * Off body carry system if desired
- * Sunscreen/lip balm
- * Water bottle or hydration system
- * Range bag to carry gear
- * Medical kit – should include tourniquet, 2 rolls gauze, 1 roll Kling gauze, 1 pr bandage scissors all contained in a gallon size Ziplok bag
- * 700 rounds of ammunition appropriate for the student’s pistol
